Randy Levy
As The Founder of The Our Joy Foundation, Joy isn’t just a mission — it’s who Randy is. With a background in executive education and residential real estate, she is passionate about building relationships and making a difference in people’s lives. When stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and a BRCA2 diagnosis changed her life, Randy made health her full-time job and she transformed experience into advocacy. Through The OuR Joy Foundation, encouraging early genetic testing while surrounding people with courage, education, and hope has become her life’s mission.

Amy Ross
Amy Ross is Ropes & Gray’s chief legal talent officer and a member of the firm’s senior support leadership team. Amy leads a global team responsible for Ropes & Gray’s talent management initiatives for attorneys and paralegals. This includes overseeing the firm’s formal assignment system, career development programs, performance evaluations, attorney secondments and relocation, and all aspects of the firm’s worldwide recruiting efforts.
With an eye toward the future of law, the legal talent team is focused on developing the next generation of top lawyers. Under Amy’s leadership, the firm launched TrAIlblazers, a program that allows first-year associates to devote 20 percent of their billable time to learning artificial intelligence tools. Amy also worked closely with the human resources department to introduce Thrive, a first-of-a-kind initiative for junior associates centered on resilience, well-being, and developing a growth mindset. Amy has been a member of the NALP Foundation’s National Advisory Board since 2023.
Before joining Ropes & Gray, Amy was a corporate associate at another international law firm, as well as a director at a non-profit organization. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Northeastern University School of Law.

Lori Silverstein
Lori Silverstein serves as Treasurer of The Our Joy Foundation, Inc., bringing more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience to support the organization’s mission of advancing early detection and genetic testing for BRCA gene mutations and improving outcomes for individuals at risk for BRCA-related cancers, including breast, ovarian, pancreatic, melanoma, and prostate cancers.
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Carpenter & Company, Ms. Silverstein leads the firm’s accounting, finance, asset management, and human resources functions, with a focus on strong governance, transparency, and operational excellence. Her experience includes nearly two decades at Boston Properties, Inc., where she held senior leadership roles overseeing financial reporting, internal audit, tax compliance, and capital markets support.
Throughout her career, Ms. Silverstein has been committed to disciplined financial stewardship, strategic oversight, and organizational integrity—skills she now applies in support of the Foundation’s efforts to expand access to life-saving genetic testing, treatment, and research.
She holds a BS in Management, with a concentration in accounting, from Tulane University and was previously a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.

Abby Gordon
Abby Gordon is a longstanding and highly-regarded Boston-based wedding and event planner. She is the principal and co-owner of Two Eight Four Weddings & Events and brings years of industry experience, a strong sense of hospitality, and a well-respected reputation in both professional and philanthropic circles. Abby is a member of the Board of Directors for Runway for Recovery and is a leading volunteer at Welcome Home, a home goods pantry in Newton. Abby believes she will bring her creativity and expertise to a board position at OuR Joy.
Amy Mitman is the Vice President of Development at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, where she has worked for 27 years. She received a B.A. in Judaic Studies from The Ohio State University and completed her Master of Jewish Communal Service from the Hornstein Program and a Master of Management from the Heller School at Brandeis University. Amy lives in Marblehead with her husband and two daughters
Amy Mitman
Andrea L. Finard is a seasoned marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands and developing integrated marketing programs for industry leaders including Fidelity Investments, Royal Caribbean International, American Express, Yahoo!, and WS Development. Her career spans large corporations, leading agencies, and fast-paced startups, giving her a comprehensive perspective on launching brands, scaling growth, and maximizing marketing impact.
Andrea brings deep expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and go-to-market execution. In addition to serving as a marketing consultant for Boston-based real estate developers WS Development and Finard Properties, she has held senior roles at Digitas, Arnold Worldwide, and Fidelity Investments. Fluent in Spanish, Andrea has significant global experience, particularly in Latin America, including work with Fidelity Investments and time in Mexico City, where she opened the first international office of a leading advertising agency and helped launch a regional business journal.
Andrea is deeply committed to philanthropy and civic engagement. She has served on the Board of Overseers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, as Co-Chair of Combined Jewish Philanthropies’ Missions Abroad and Strategic Planning teams, and on the boards of the Weston Public Library and the Weston Community Children’s Association. She earned a B.A. in Spanish with a secondary school teaching certification from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she also lettered in lacrosse. Andrea lives with her husband, Todd, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, practicing yoga, and following New England sports teams.
Andrea Finard
Lori Sidman
Lori has served in various leadership roles in the community over the past 25 years. Currently, she sits on the board of the JCC Association of North America where she is co-chairing the upcoming national JSummit in April 2027. Previously, Lori served as Board Chair of the JCC Greater Boston and co-chaired of the search committee for the JCC Greater Boston Executive Director. She is also actively involved in various other Boston institutions including MSPCA-Angell where she just stepped down after 17 years on their Board of Directors, CJP, Boston Children’s Hospital and Beaver Country Day School.
Prior to her work in the non-profit sector, Lori worked as a marketing communications consultant in the energy sector, advising companies and consulting firms on their marketing strategies in the retail energy industry. Lori is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and splits her time between Boston, Massachusetts and Miami, Florida with her husband Matthew, their children Lily, Ethan and Danielle and their dogs Marty and Hazel.
Stephen Kramer
Stephen is Chief Executive Officer of Bright Horizons (NYSE:BFAM), an organization which makes a lasting difference in the lives of children, families, employers, and learners of all ages through high-quality education and care. Under his leadership, Bright Horizons is focused on maintaining a strong, welcoming and inviting culture that celebrates the differences among employees. The company has been recognized by Fortune magazine, and others as a Great Place to Work, A Great to Work for Diversity and a Great Place to Work for Women.
Stephen joined Bright Horizons in 2006 through the acquisition of College Coach®, a company he co-founded and led. He went on to serve as Managing Director of Bright Horizons in Europe, based in London, and went on to serve as Chief Development Officer and President before being named CEO in 2018. Previously, Stephen initiated and led the Education Practice at Fidelity Ventures, the venture capital arm of Fidelity Investments, and served as a Healthcare Consultant with Arthur D. Little.
In addition to the Bright Horizons Board of Directors, Stephen serves on the Board and Audit Committee of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (Nasdaq: DPZ). In addition, he serves on the board of UWill, a leading mental health and wellness solution for college students. Stephen is an active volunteer serving on the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children, Combined Jewish Philanthropies Budget & Administration Committee and Babson College Advisory Council. Stephen is a graduate of Babson College and Harvard Business School. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and their two school-aged children.

Lauren Hogan
Lauren Hogan, MS, LCGC is a certified genetic counselor who works for the Cancer Genetics and Prevention Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development from Cornell University in 2011 and her Masters in Genetic Counseling from Boston University School of Medicine in 2016. Since then, Lauren has been passionate about her work in clinical care, eager to help patients and families to utilize family history and genetic testing information to guide opportunities for proactive cancer screening and prevention. Lauren also serves as the genetic counselor for the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) Center of Excellence at Beth Israel. Outside of work, Lauren loves exploring in nature with her family, including hiking, snowshoeing and walking her Bernese mountain dog, Olive.
